We can get you help with neutering for cats and dogs from the Dogs Trust and Cats Protection, and sometimes treatment with help from the RSPCA, but generally our prices are kept as low as possible for everyone. For more information please contact your local branch who can give you more specific advice in relation to your pets problem
Yes we do offer pet passports, but to complete them the vet has to do a special course and become an LVI. This means that not all vets are qualified to do passports. Please call your local branch to see where the closest LVI is based within Budget Vets.
We can only accept a direct claim if the insurance company is willing to pre-authorise it (can take 3-7 days). We do work with Vetsure who is our affiliated insurance company, and we do accept direct claims from Vetsure clients.
Unfortunately not, but we can try and get funding from charities to help with treatment for your pet.
Please let us know and we will inform our staff in branches and also post a picture on our lost and found page on Budget Vets Facebook.
